1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Tipash Luxuries. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our haute couture makeup website, booking systems, private concierge dashboards, and styling consultations. By accessing our platform, booking a bridal session, or joining our premium membership circle, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Luxury Booking & Cancellation Policies

Our master makeup designers operate under high demand. To maintain the integrity of our studio calendar, we enforce the following schedule allocations:

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Standard bridal and event bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the slot time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% reservation fee retention.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive at the allocated booking time, the full deposit value is forfeited.
• Travel & Logistics: For custom out-of-station styling, travel, accommodation, and editorial logistics must be secured at least 7 days before the event date as outlined in your invoice.

3. Premium Membership Privilege & Billing

Our platform offers three tiers of premium luxury circles: The Muse, The Icon, and The Legend.

• Subscribed Billing: Memberships are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your profile portal prior to the next billing date.
• Live Concierge Chat: Active membership guarantees one-on-one instant chat with dedicated senior stylists. Free accounts do not get access to live chat support.
• Refund Exclusions: Due to the immediate curation of artistry assets and masterclass privileges, monthly membership billings are strictly non-refundable once processed.

4. VIP Video Consultations

Premium members get access to private styling and bridal video assessments:

• Scheduling Flow: You may submit preferred times on the consultations panel. Our concierge team manually allocates a master artist and inserts a Google Meet/Zoom link.
• Cancellation Window: Confirmed video slots can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.

5. User Conduct Guidelines

We maintain an atmosphere of professional artistry and luxury. We reserve the absolute right to terminate account registrations, revoke premium memberships without refunds, or cancel bookings in-flight if a user:

• Demonstrates abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our designers, stylists, or administrators.
• Attempts to spoof tiers, inject unauthorized chat parameters, or exploit billing gateways.
