At Tipash Luxuries, we capture the essence of luxury not only in makeup artistry but also in how we defend your personal canvas. This Privacy Policy details how we compile, encrypt, and secure your credentials, payment confirmations, booking briefs, and support interactions.
2. Information We Secure
To provide elite-grade personalized styling and structured masterclasses, we curate the following categories of customer information:
- Identity Credentials: Full name, verified email address, phone number, and account passwords stored securely via Supabase Auth (utilizing salted and hashed passwords).
- Artistry & Booking Briefs: Custom skincare/bridal profiles, look preferences, date allocations, and event briefings provided during reservation or styling consultations.
- Payment Logs: Order tokens, subscription tier details, invoice details, and transaction reference numbers processed by Razorpay. We do not store full credit card credentials or banking secrets directly on our servers.
- Communication Archives: End-to-end synchronized chat messages, media attachments, and scheduling details on the Concierge Desk.
3. Operational Infrastructure & Third-Party Disclosures
To ensure a fast, robust, and dependable experience, we coordinate with highly secure, verified infrastructure sub-processors:
- Supabase Inc. — Coordinates user session management, RLS database boundaries, and WebSockets chat sync.
- Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. — End-to-end payment gateway validation under strict PCI-DSS compliance.
- Cloudflare Inc. (R2 Storage) — Securely hosts media portfolio assets, custom invoice PDFs, and client styling pictures.
- Upstash Inc. (Redis Caching) — Implements serverless edge caches to optimize load times and prevent database request loops.
4. Data Retention Limits
We retain your credentials and styling logs only as long as your premium membership remains active or as required by regulatory compliance rules in India. You may delete your account, styling logs, or cancel your concierge chats by contacting our support desk. We purge cancelled conversation histories after 90 days.
5. Sovereign Customer Rights
You hold absolute rights over your data. You may request:
- Immediate access to all stored portfolios and booking histories.
- Correction of inaccurate profile or beauty preference fields.
- Complete erasure of your styling records and deletion of your profile.
